John Bauer

A very late ‪#‎Inpiredby‬ 7!

John Bauer has been a great inspiration for me ever since I was very small and I've always loved his work! His beautiful paintings of the swedish nature and lore interested me for the mystical folklore of Sweden which stayed with me all my life and I'm sure that it'll be a part of it for a long time ahead   His art inspired me to read on - to read Njals Saga and Islndska Sagor and it's one of the reasons I've collected fairytales from all over the world since I was very young!
